You are Gifted

What would you do if you had no limitations place upon you?
Where would you go?
What would you do?
What would your life look like?
These are not passing questions, they are questions to seriously ponder and plan out in detail.

For each of us, the answers to the questions are as unique as we are; as unique as our gifts. They are questions that need answering in as much detail as one would plan a wedding. You are planning for the rest of your life! You are planning in details because that is what we has humans truly strive for. We want a life that has purpose and meaning. We want to help others. The general feelings that we feel when we are using our gifts is the same. We feel freedom beyond words, it is expressed in all that we say and do! Freedom in all areas of life is the destination. We get there by sharing our unique gifts. When you have arrived, you just know, this is the place. You spend the rest of your life in that space.

Every morning we all have the ability to improve upon our strengths. We can open our gifts that only we have. It is very possible to live your life like a child on Christmas morning, opening their gifts, the abundance, enthusiasm, gratitude, love and the new things that we have acquired in the process. Your living space is a mess in the process, however, you do not mind because of what the outcome is and feels like and the journey to that moment was so worth it!

How to "Kill them with Kindness"

Today, the term "kill them with kindness" comes to mind. I have a twist on that. It may help you with your situation.
I have someone whom I allow in my life because I do not have the courage to ask them to leave. I feel attachment to them, I am aware and I take responsibility for my choices. For the past year, this person has been trying to convince me about a certain idea. I have come to realize all that we all are looking for is validation. Validation that our own reality is how things are. I kindly agreed with this person that their reality is correct. After that, there was nothing else to discuss. They were validated and have left on their own accord. The space had been created for each person to be who they are. It is like Magic!! We both received what we wanted from the situation.

If you have someone in your life, a co-worker, a family member, a stranger who is trying to convince you of something. You have tried other things to get this person to stop bringing up a certain topic. It is an unconscious cycle. Try these steps.

1. Genuinely agree. (It must be genuine or it does not work.) Say I agree, I understand. If they continue, just keep agreeing. You are not adding fuel to the fire, you are smothering it.
2. Watch the results, be very observant and aware of the person, you, the situation, they may give you a clue as to your next steps.
3. Really take note of this because it applies to all situations. It is a way to gently end the cycles.

I hope you have found value with a way to "kill them with kindness". If you have any experiences to share, please share them below. If you would like to learn more about what I do, let me know. Have a beautiful day!

Introduction to my Never Stop Improving Blog.

I wanted to create this blog because life should Never Stop Improving.
I am brand new to blogging, this is my way of "getting out there". I have a lot to offer the world. Each blog will be different, as I am different from day to day and moment to moment. I am human, I am perfectly imperfect and I am sure you can understand that.

About Never Stop Improving
As a student of personal development, I have learned that we are constantly growing and evolving into our truest self and we are on this journey to assist each other. We have been and experienced that others have not and visa versa. Life is truly best when we study, learn and apply many concepts to our lives. I want to share with you what I am learning as I am learning. We can grow and learn together. My life's mission was has always been to help people live the life they have always dreamed about. A life of freedom whatever that looks like for them personally.

Today I came across a quote from Simple Abundance that reminds me of the personal development journey. We can read and read from others such as Tony Robbins and Jim Rohn. We feel inspired in the moment but we never get out and live the principals they teach. This comes from childhood when we are encouraged to read and read. Very rarely was I ever encouraged to be adventurous in my own life. We have adventures in our minds through other people but we never get out there and put to use what they are saying. We never get out there and have adventures of our own. It is when we get out and have a day of adventure that we feel most alive, that we feel ready to begin again with the world.
I went para-sailing with my best friend on one of our adventures. The experience is priceless. The scenery above, the ocean, the coral reefs, the blue skies. The safety we felt while up in the sky so very high. I am not a fan of heights at any level. The experience was breath taking in every aspect. It is not something that can be explained fully to understand. It is something that you must experience for yourself to truly understand. It is an experience best served with a friend because we all are on a journey together called life.
